Our return policy is designed to give you confidence to shop online with us. We offer a 14-day return and exchange policy for items in like-new condition. Clearance items are final sale. Proof of your purchase is required.

We accept returns and exchanges for up to 14 days due to manufacturer defects or quality issues only.

The 14-day window starts when you receive your order.

Please keep in mind, items must be in like-new condition to receive a full refund or exchange. If an item is damaged, used or worn, an assessment fee may apply, or we may be unable to accept your return.

On the rare occassion there’s damage or a defect, we’ll take care of it. If you experience a manufacturer’s defect at any time, please contact us. We’re here to help.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once items arrive at our showroom at 6830 N Glenwood, Garden City Idaho 83714.

Credit & debit card purchases are refunded to the card used. A 3% restocking fee will be charged on returns originally purchased by debit or credit cards.

Check purchases receive a refund check by mail.

Clearance and sale items purchased are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged or cancelled.

Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges. Contact us if you need assistance locating your order confirmation or receipt.
