Haji Jalili

Haji Jalili rugs (also spelled Hadji Jalili or Haj Jalili) are among the most prestigious and sought-after antique Persian rugs. Produced in the late 19th and early 20th centuries in Tabriz, Iran, they are named after the legendary master weaver Haji Jalili, whose workshop created pieces renowned for their exceptional fineness, artistry, and refined elegance.
Modern Haji Jalili rugs are contemporary reproductions and interpretations of the legendary antique Tabriz rugs woven in the late 19th and early 20th centuries by the master weaver Haji Jalili. Today’s versions capture the refined elegance, delicate detailing, and soft color aesthetic that made the originals so iconic.
